Bookings and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
• Full payment must be made before your stay.
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before your check-in date, with a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.

Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect.
• Any damages to the property may result in additional charges.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
• Pets are allowed, subject to prior approval.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during your stay.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
